Layers of paint, weathering, graffiti and accidental marks have accumulated on the surface until the wall itself begins to resemble an abstract painting. Across the image appears a single word in Malayalam: REVOLUTION. Removed from its original surroundings and reframed photographically, the surface becomes something ambiguous — part street fragment, part painting, part sign. The work sits between documentary photography and abstraction, preserving the physical traces of a particular place while allowing colour, texture, language and chance to create a new visual composition. Rather than constructing the image, Luca Angius isolates an existing arrangement from the environment and gives it a new context: a found visual event transformed through observation, framing and selection. Each print is produced locally to order, signed and individually numbered in a limited edition of 144.
